From file formats to turnaround time — here’s what clients usually want to know before getting started.

GENERAL

What kind of work do you do?

We specialize in precision machining, short-run manufacturing, laser cutting, and metal fabrication. We do not offer teardown, diagnostics, mechanical repair, or mobile service — we strictly machine and fabricate parts.

Do you serve walk-in customers?

We’re a working machine shop, so visits are by appointment only. Give us a call or submit a quote request to get started, and we’ll let you know the best time to drop off parts or review a project.

CAPABILITIES & SERVICES

Can you reverse engineer a part if I don’t have a drawing?

Yes. If you have a physical sample, we can often reproduce it using precision measurement tools and CAD modeling. You’ll also get a new digital drawing for future reorders.

Do you make just one part, or do I have to order multiples?

We specialize in one-offs and small batches. Whether you need one custom bracket or 50 matching components, we’ll machine what you need — no minimum quantities required.

What materials do you work with?

We machine most metals, including:

  • Aluminum

  • Stainless steel

  • Mild and hardened steel

  • Brass, bronze, and copper

  • Titanium

  • Plastics like Delrin, UHMW, and Nylon

For unusual alloys or coated materials, contact us first so we can confirm compatibility.

Can you do engraving or finishing?

Yes. We offer CO₂ laser engraving for logos, part numbers, tags, and custom embellishments. Finishing options include deburring, surface prep, and engraving layout on machined parts.

FILES & ORDERS

What file formats do you accept?

We work with:

  • .STEP / .STP

  • .IGES

  • .DWG / .DXF

  • .SVG for engraving or cutouts

  • .PDFs or even clear sketches if needed

We can assist with cleanup or modeling if your file isn’t quite ready.

How do I request a quote?

You can fill out our contact form, email us directly, or give us a call. Sending a drawing or description of your part will speed up the quoting process.

How fast can I get my part?

Lead times vary based on complexity and material, but most short-run projects are completed within a few business days to two weeks. Rush jobs may be possible depending on current workload.

AUTOMOTIVE SPECIFIC

Do you resurface heads and blocks?

Yes — we machine aluminum and cast iron cylinder heads and engine blocks. Services include resurfacing, thread repair, and custom modifications. Call to confirm scope for your specific engine.

Can you machine parts for performance or racing builds?

Yes. We regularly work with tuners, fabricators, and performance shops to machine custom brackets, flanges, engine bay parts, and more.
